This is a hotel hallway make-up air replacement project. The old unit was completely worn out and no longer functioning. The challenge we faced with this project was finding a way to make the upgrade to new larger equipment in the limited space available. As you can see the new R410A condensing unit was placed on a frame on top of the make-up air unit. This was the most practical choice for a cost effective installation. The new higher efficiency equipment is providing much appreciated guest comfort all year round.
