This was a complete heating retrofit in a very old building. The original heating system was 6 gas fired furnaces all vented to a common A vent. It was virtually impossible to replace the furnaces as there was was simlpy no where to go with the PVC venting. The decision was made to install a single high efficiency boiler and 6 fan coils in place of the old furnaces. This allowed us to run one vent in a cramped space and still provide the required heating, ventalation and cooling to the tenants. We staged the project over a period of time so that the tenants were not without heat or cooling for more than a couple of days.
